Do Ontario landlords have to give rent receipts?

Under the Residential Tenancies Act, a landlord must provide a receipt free of charge when a tenant or former tenant asks for one for rent, a rent deposit, arrears or any other amount paid.

What should an Ontario rent receipt include?
